Wandering around thamel and happened to walk into "Mountain Guide" best decision. I made Ram was extremely helpful when was nice since I'd been throughout South-East Asia and people there tended to be quite the opposite! They hooked me up with Pasang Sherpa as my guide. He is one of the most honest and hard working men I know; worth every dollar and more. He even invited me to his home for a night, so I got a chance to see the real Nepalese people outside Thamel! I highly recome "Mountain Guide", and will be to my friends I hope you all have an amazing trek as I did.
