Parsa Wildlife Reserve Safari is a rare opportunity to experience the nature and culture of Nepal’s Terai, Spread over parts of Chitwan, Makawanpur, Parsa, and Bara districts, a considerable part of the Churia Hills of Central Nepal also falls in this region lending it an air of more diverse terrain. The vegetation is tropical and subtropical mostly covered with Sal forests, while the hills are covered with Chir pine. Khair, Sissoo, and silk cotton are found along water areas.
Parsa jungle safari provides good habitat for fur animals like a wild elephant, tiger, leopard, sloth bear, Gaur, blue bull, and wild dog. Other common animals in the reserve are Sambar, Chital, hog deer, barking deer, Langur monkey, rhesus macaques, striped hyena, rat, pal, civet, and jungle cat. There are 527 species of birds found in the reserve, one being the endangered great hornbill gourd in certain parts of the forest. Other bird species include peafowl, red jungle fowl, flycatchers, and woodpeckers. Birds and animals apart the reserve also habitats snakes Lide king cobra, common cobra, krait, rat snake, and python.
Parsa Wildlife Reserve is one of the easiest places to reach. The reserve headquarters Adhabar is an eight-hour drive from the capital city and falls on the East-West Mahendra Highway. Another option is to fly to Simra in the Bara district, from where the reserve headquarters is only seven kilometers away.
Day 01: Arrive at Resort. A reception will be hosted by the Naturalist, refreshment, briefing about the program, visit Tharu Village, and back to Camp.
Day 02: Full-day Wildlife Activities inside Reserve including Canoe, Jungle Walk, Elephant Safari, Culture program, etc.
Day 03: Morning Bird watching and after breakfast departure from Parsa Reserve.

1600 hrs Visiting elephant stable and Tharu Village.

Day 02: Full-day Wildlife Activities inside Reserve including Canoe, Jungle Walk, Elephant Safari, Culture program, etc.
0600 hrs Wake-up call for morning activities
0700 hrs Breakfast at Central Dining Hall
0730 hrs Canoe ride for 30 minutes along the government authorities. River and Jungle walk. Chances to see many kinds of birds, Rhinoceros, Deer, Tiger, and many more.
1300 hrs Lunch at Hall
1500 hrs Elephant Back Safari through open grassland & forest on back and look out for Rhino & another wild animal closely but safely.
1700 hrs Culture Program
1930 hrs Dinner and Overnight.
Day 03: Morning Bird watching and after breakfast departure from Parsa Reserve.
0600 hrs Wake up call and forward to Bird watching
0800 hrs Breakfast
0930 hrs Departure.
